Rockstar Games has taken to Rockstar Newswire blog to announce that it has delayed Grand Theft Auto V’s Windows version yet again.

That version is now scheduled to be released worldwide on April 14 and that preorder holders will be gifted an additional $200,000 in in-game currency for Grand Theft Auto Online.

“Our apologies to [Windows] gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for [Windows],” the company wrote. “As a gesture of thanks for your understanding, we will grant anyone who has [preordered] the game an additional $200,000 in-game cash for use in GTA Online.”

The developer also announced that the game’s long-awaited Online Heists feature is scheduled to go live worldwide on all consoles on March 14 and released a handful of screenshots of these events in action:

Grand Theft Auto V is already available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
